How many items does Hermione throw at Hagrid's hut in 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban' film?

She does not throw any items at his house in the book.

Answer 2I believe whoever first answered this question didn't understand it. let me clarify. when Harry and Hermione went back in time with her thing that Dumbledore gave her, they went back to when the minister was about to kill Buckbeak, Hagrid's hippogriff in his hut. Hermione threw 2 things, an acorn and a stone at the Harry and Hermione inside the hut. this diverted their attention away from Buckbeak in which freed him.

That was only in the film -- remember: the films have nothing to do with the books, the logic, or even with each other.

It also took place in the the book. Maybe not with as much detail as in the movie, but the book does mention different methods they used to distract them to free Buckbeak

That Harry and Hermione rescued Sirius Black from Professor Flitwick's 7th floor jail room on Buckbeck. No one knew how he escaped but Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Dumbledore. When they were running out of time, Dumbledore locked the door when Harry and Hermione came in and when Black escaped, professor Snape thought that Harry was guilty for getting Black out. Was the big black dog thought to be a grim in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban Sirius Black?

Yes- Sirius Black is an animagous, which means that he can transform into an animal (in this case a black dog) at will. He illegally became an animagous when he was at school to help his friend Remus Lupin. Lupin was a werewolf who had no choice but to transform at the full moon. However, his friends decided that in order to make it easier for him and keep him company while he transformed they would transform into animals too. This included James Potter (stag), Peter Pettigrew (rat), and Sirius (dog).
