No I'm 99% sure it doesn't. . . Though you can get the cheat gnome by pausing the game and clicking L1, R1, Up, X, R2. Once you've activated the cheat gnome you can do other cheats such as max your sims motives, unlock various things, move the clock forward 6 hours and give your sim 9,999 simolens :) I hope this helped.
