just keep checking for mail and always go to the help sign to see if you got a reply.

Well,you don't find the Esroh on Lost isle,but you do find the first step of it,you go all the way to the left of the isle on Lost and you will find the little person that tells you to go buy a full set of 5 star tack...

Pine nuts can be found in the piles of stick that are in the forests. Just click on them, and click search. There are multiple things that you can find in these piles (logs, sticks, worms, and pine nuts) so it may take searching quite a few piles before you find what you are looking for.

You may also be able to find them by looking in general stores.
