They are both normal guys with no super powers and a lot of toys. It would all depend on which one figured out how to break the other one's toys first.

To look at this fight you have to think of ability. Almost none of Batman's weapons could hurt Iron Man. Iron Man is to fast for Batman. Iron Man can fly higher then Batman, and he can blow up large areas at one time. For God's sake, Iron Man was the leader of one side of the Marvel Civil War.

Iron Man can also just finish Batman with his chest beam.

Iron Man's armor is resistant against explosions while batman's isn't. And You mean to tell me that a regular body builder with some fighting styles, and a belt with toys in it can beat a person with an invincible exterior,missiles ,lasers, extreme strength, and the ability to fly at the speed of sound ? I agree with the answer above. Batmans just a guy that knows how to fight and has a bunch of gadgets. Where as iron man can kill a man in one hit and instead of gadgets hes got missles and laser beams. Not to mention his armor is way way more durable. Plus Iron Man can fly. IRON MAN WINS! Lets face it these to are alot alike Tony just made somethin a little bit cooler than a baterang.

Of course he is. Captain America gets his strength from a mutation that he endured. Ironman's strength lies in his suit. As soon as Ironman is Tony Stark, he is just another human being with billions of dollars on hand. When Captain America is Steven Rogers, he still has super human strength and super human endurance.

Optimus Prime is the only one who can take on Megatron. As cool as Bumblebee is and all Optimus Prime would kick his butt.

I really hope nobody has made a real flying iron-man suit because I plan to when I grow older because then Iwill know how to use tech in the generations to come. amarsh

I m not sure but i think its the heart of tony stark or the power core inside the suit if your talking about mark 1 its tonys heart because it doesnt have a power core just guns and a flamethrower

-He in fact does have several suits you may or may not be referring to. He has the Arctic Armor which is an off blue and silver which he wore in Iron Man 318, the Iron Man fantastic four armor which is more of a blue and black, the Iron Man stealth armor which appears in Iron Man #152, or the Patriot Armor which I think makes it's first appearance in the Dark Avengers story line but I may be mistaken.

The war machine version has more weapons, but he does'nt really have gadgets like Batman. he just has extra strength, ability to fly and repulsor rays in strategic locations.
