Technically, a mare is defined as a female horse over the age of three. A filly is a female horse three years or younger. Since the Kentucky Derby is a race for 3-year-olds only, no mare has ever won. However, three fillies have won the Kentucky Derby: Regret (1915); Genuine Risk (1980); and Winning Colors (1988).

Like you I thought disqualified but I asked why in a horse racing game forum and one of the members replied with the following answer

Calvin finished 19th (next to last), per the DRF results chart. No mention of disq. Perhaps you saw "dist" which would mean distanced (behind so many lengths of the next horse they didn't calculate # of lengths).

Hope that answers your question. Calvin wasn't disqualified just came in really late in the race compared with other horses except 1 who came in behind him.

How much is the Kentucky Derby winning horse worth now?

It's a pretty subjective question. Because Mine That Bird is a gelding and can't be bred, his worth is a lot less than most other winners. It's hard to say what he's worth because of that. However, his dam's value has just shot up quite a bit.

Name the jockey who won the derby and grand national?

G. Stevens won the Grand National five times, in 1856, 1863, 1864, 1869 and 1870, and won the Kentucky Derby three times, in 1988, 1995 and 1997.

Of course, it isn't the same G. Stevens; the Grand National winner was George Stevens and the Kentucky Derby winner was Gary Stevens. But it's probably the closest to an answer you can get, since no jockey has won both races.

For Derby #135 (May 2, 2009) the owner gets the money, but will be contractually to pay the trainer and jockey a certain fee (usually between 10% or 15% of the purse.) From the courier journal:

Giacomo netted $1,639,600 of the $2,399,600 purse that year, which included a $200,000 supplementary entry fee owner B. Wayne Hughes put up to make 11th-place Greeley's Galaxy eligible to run. Last year's purse was $2,213,200, with Barbaro earning $1,453,200.
