No. They are two different rulers. Tuthmosis III was the 5th ruler of the 18th dynasty and Tutankhamun was the 12th ruler in the 18th dynasty.

Presumably this is meant to be the 'Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.' The 'Tomb of the Unknown Soldier' is a symbolic representation of all the soldiers, who have fought in and after WW1, whose bodies (and thus identities) were never discovered.
