Overall you can make extra money opening credits for people convincing them to open a kohl's charge. Which is about 50 cents and if it's a special event going maybe a $1. Also this is retail and your hours will be cut down to nothing to no hours sometimes. (serious) maybe 4 hours. So when its busy its busy when its slow it is very slow. Which means not that much money. Less money means not that many hours or none. No hours means cant pay bills . That means get a new job or a second one. Overall Kohl's is more a retirement job or just a first job but in the end if you want to make it to the "top" you have to be a manager or supervisor of some sort
