The freezing point of Lucozade Sport, like many sports drinks, is typically lower than that of pure water due to the presence of sugars and electrolytes. This lower freezing point is a result of the colligative properties of the dissolved substances.

How do you get a lucozade stain out of a white hoodie?
To remove a Lucozade stain from a white hoodie, first, gently blot the stain with cold water to absorb excess liquid without spreading it. Apply a stain remover or a mixture of liquid laundry detergent and water directly onto the stain, letting it sit for about 5-10 minutes. Then, wash the hoodie in cold water as per the care label instructions. If the stain persists, avoid drying the hoodie until the stain is completely gone, as heat can set the stain.

How does lucozade effect performance?
Scientifically, I don't know this answer to this, but generally speaking, yes. I have found that drinking too much Lucozade is bad for me. Drinking Lucozade whenever I feel thirsty all day every day leaves me feeling very sick and as though acid is continually building up in my system.
As someone who has been diagnosed with Epilepsy, I suffer from what is called 'myoclonic jerks' or 'twitches' and these become noticeably worse as my intake of Lucozade increases and I therefore have had to cut back on how often I drink it, only buying one bottle when in need of an energy boost if I am ill or on the rare occasion when my blood sugar level can be known to drop.
In conclusion, I don't believe that Lucozade is bad for your health when it is consumed in moderation, however when the intake of this particular drink exceeds two per day, a negative effect can be the only result.
