Who would win in a fight between Punisher and Captain America?
ThePunisher is a highly trained special forces veteran who has decades of experience and over 2000 kills to his name.
Captain America is a highly trained veteran with combat and tactical skills unmatched by virtually anyone on the planet.
Captain America is often thought of as a boy scout figure and the Punisher as a psychopath but the truth is that they are very much closer to each other than would initially be thought. These two have abilities and experience that are very closely matched. The Punisher is a master of battle tactics and Captain America is as capable as Castle at being sneaky and cheating if need be.
The Punisher has an edge that comes from his brutal nature and his sheer determination that allows him to ignore the usual restraints others have.
Captain America, however, has several edges. He has a bullet proof shield that he can wield efficiently. He is relatively younger (although chronologically he has 33 years on Frank Castle) and the super solider serum allows him to be in peak physical condition at all times.
In the end it will come down to prior planning, thinking on your feet and stamina.
Castle will take an early lead due to his rather brutal approach and planning. Captain America will counter this and come in close out matching Castle as a fighter. Castle will respond with more and more weaponry and booby traps. Injured Captain America will be forced to conclude he can no longer hold back and will let rip with a rapid attack being forced to break Castle's neck...
...at which point the whole roof top with explode due to a detonator attached to a pulse metre on Castle's arm.

The first marvel superhero created?
The first Marvel Superheroes comic was the Fantastic Four. The first Marvel Comic that was not working with Superheroes Co. was Marvel #1. The first Marvel superheroes were the android Human Torch, Namor the Sub-Mariner, Captain America, and others.
Marvel Comics #1 (Oct. 1939) was the first publication by Timely Publications, which contained the first appearance of The Human Torch(Carl Burgos' android superhero) as well as Bill Everett's anti-hero Namor the Sub-Mariner, plus the original Angel, and other features.
However, the first comic that was published under the *logo*(or brand-name/company imprint, etc) of "Marvel Comics" was Amazing Adventures #3 in August 1961, and featured the man who would later be known as Dr. Druid(here known as Dr. Droom, and trained by the same sorcerer as Dr. Strange would be later).
Spider-Man would debut later in Amazing Adventures(after it had changed names to Amazing Fantasy) with issue #15 in August of 1962, and the Fantastic Four would appear in their own title in November of 1961.
Dr. Druid, however, debuted in Amazing Adventures #1 and continued through the title until it was the first official Marvel Comics publication with issue #3, beating the Fantastic Four by three whole months(Aug to Nov of 1961)...so it can be argued quite conclusively that Dr. Druid is the first *official* Marvel superhero, from a lot of different angles!
This is, of course, disregarding any *in-story* histories that establish Captain America or Nick Fury or King Arthur or Wolverine or the Olympian Gods or the Eternals, etc, etc, etc, as characters or super-heroes who existed *prior* to the publication of these issues in "our world".
I am assuming that you mean Ms. Marvel because there is no character in Marvel Comics that is named Mr Marvel.
Ms. Marvel's first appearance was in Marvel Super-Heroes #13 (March 1968)
The Juggernaut is a mutant superhero from the X-Men comics and movies.
(see related question)
The Juggernaut was also a character from the book "Thirteen Ghosts" --
The Juggernaut is the ghost of a serial killer named Horace "Breaker" Mahoney. Standing seven feet tall, he was of such grotesque height and appearance that everyone ostracized him as a child. His mother abandoned him at birth, so his father raised him - putting him to work in the junkyard crushing old cars. After his father died, Horace was left on his own, and soon went mad. He would pick up female hitchhikers and drive them back to his junkyard, then tear them apart with his bare hands and feed them to his dogs. One day he picked up an undercover female police officer, who called for backup, for a SWAT team to surround the junkyard. Since close combat was impossible, the police instead struck the yard, and arrested the giant. However, Horace broke free from the cuffs, and three officers lost their lives. Quickly, five SWAT officers, took out their guns and brought Horace down in a hail of bullets. When he finally went down, they shot an extra magazine into him, just to be safe. His ghost still shows bullet holes all over his clothing, and the wound that finished him. This is the ghost that Cyrus and his team capture in the opening scene.

Hugo Danner (Gladiator) is likely the first super hero in the modern sense of the term, possessing an array of atypical superhuman abilities that he used to improve the world around him. This character, however, did not appear in the pages of a comic book until 1976. The prose novel by creator Philip Gordon Wylie was published in 1930 and was actually reviewed by Jerry Siegel for his Science Fiction fanzine, the same publication where Siegel and collaborator Joe Shuster published their story, "The Reign of the Super-Man," in 1933. This story contained a prototype of the Superman character -albeit as a super villain, whom would later be reworked into the heroic costumed alien that is popularly considered the first comic book super hero. His first appearance occurred in Action Comics #1 (June, 1938). Less popular and flashy than the Man of Steel, but possessing a superhuman strength used to help his neighbors, Hugo Hercules made his first appearance in a short-lived comic strip in 1902, beating out Superman by more than three decades and arguably making him the first comic superhero.

Who do you guys think is the best super hero and why?
The question asked is, "Why is Superman the Greatest superhero?". The Answer to that question is one that is often overlooked by many people, including fans of other comic book characters. Superman is often disliked, or even hated because he is nearly perfect in every way imaginable. This is not his fault, and should not be held against him. While in the 1930's the censorship in America was much more harsh than what it is today, it would have been incredibly hard to introduce some of the great characters that we all love today, such as Spiderman, or the X-Men. The odds of characters such as these ever being seen on a comic book rack at this time are incredibly low, for the sake of the violence would have been too much for American audiences. The people of America needed a hero, but not one that was going to corrupt society, someone they could look up to. Superman did, however, lay down a supporting structure, along with characters such as The Human Torch, and the Submariner, for the characters that are on the market today. Another point that is needed to be made, is that Superman is a sign of hope, especially through the harsh times in which he was created. He was created during the time of the great depression, and shortly before WWII, which it goes without saying that Superman was perfect for a reason, and that reason is this: Superman was a sign of hope for people in the hardest of times! So the next time a person has the nerve to disrespect Superman, tell them that they are badly mistaken, and should probably look into his past a little bit.
