The best site to use is 4shared.com, but you should really try to read them properly and not online.

4shared.com has the books in PDF or LIT formats, but does not seem to have the manga, and most online manga sites appear to have removed it from their collections but kept the descriptions. I can only assume this is the result of threats of litigation by the American publisher, Yen Press as ICE would have just taken over the site and shut it down.

The School is located in Death Valley, and the first half of the book takes place in the southwestern area. Later in the book, the setting moves to New York City.
There are many settings in the book. There's the flock's house up in the Colorado mountains, Ella and Dr. Martinez's house in Arizona, the School, New York, the Institute for Higher Living, and the sewers. Mostly, though, it takes place in New York and Colorado.

To sum all of that up Twilight is a love/suspence/horror/everything else story. It is mostly about an unorthidox romance between a human (Bella) and a vampire (edward)!!!!!!!

The Maximum Ride series is about this girl named Max (short for Maximum--she named herself) and her flock. Yes, her flock. Md scientists kiddnapped this group of 6 when they were young and now they're 2% bird and 98% human. meaning they have wings. If your wondering, the whole flock is ... Max(14), Fang(14), Iggy(14), Gazzy(10-11), Nudge(11), Angel(about 6) Girls are Nudge, Max, and Angel. Guys are Fang, Iggy, And Gazzy. Max is the leader, and none of them are related except for Gazzy and Angel who are the only ones who are brother and sister. Ther, now you know.

Fang is a character that has been with Max since they were kids and growing up in dog cages. We later find out around the book "The Final Warning" that he is attracted to Max. He leaves Max in "Fang" to start his own gang "Fang's Gang" because Angel says that Fang will be the first to die, and he doesn't want to endanger Max. He then comes back for Max after his love -Maya- (Max's clone) dies, abandoning his gang. In the end of "Nevermore" Max chooses him over Dylan and they "Die" in each other's arms. (If you want to understand the quotation marks around the word die, then read the epilogues of "Nevermore").

Just last year, the author of the Maximum Ride series came out with a new book titled Hawk.

The book is about Max's daughter, Phoenix, who takes on a new name and appearance.

The book came out in 2020, and the flock is a lot older (For sure ages are unknown, but you may be able to do the math. Max was in prison for ten years, and when she had been imprisoned, Angel had been 10. When Angel was 7, Max was fifteen, 15 + 3 = 18, plus Max's 10 years in prison = 28, so I say Max is in her upper twenties, lower to mid thirties.)

It is scheduled to be released sometime in 2010. As of June 2009, the exact date has yet to be announced. Its status was updated to in production on IMBd on March 23, 2009.

The above answer is wrong about it being released in 2010. The director of twilight, who is also directing the movie, viewed the script and said there needed to be more action. The film is now in post production and will be released sometime in 2013, though that is unsure.

Maximum Ride is a character in the book series "Maximum Ride" by James Patterson, which is a young adult series.

Max is a girl, about 15 (as of the sixth book), who has wings. She has brown eyes, and brown hair that has streaks of blonde and dark red. Her wings are 13 feet across, with tan and white feathers and freckly brown spots. She has a Voice in her head, which can be quite annoying, and has the power to fly much faster than the rest of the flock when she wants to.

She lives with her "family" which she calls the flock: Fang, Iggy, Nudge, Gazzy, Angel, and Total (a Scottish terrier). All of the members of the Flock have wings. They were created as an experiment, where they ended up 98% human, 2% bird (hence the wings). They are on the run from evil half-men, half- wolves, called Erasers, and are trying to escape the School (and the evil scientists who created them).

Max's purpose in life, the reason she was created, is to save the world.

In the Maximum Ride series, Total and Akila are not depicted as having kids together. Total is a talking dog with no romantic relationships, and Akila is a genetically-engineered wolf-hybrid who is focused on her role in the Flock.
