First rule out ignition misfire and fuel. Use a timing light to ensure all plugs are firing. Check comp in all cylinders to ensure not a base engine issue. Check fp with a guage. Now check vac w./ guage to see if you do have a leak it will be low/steady if you do or going back and forth. Check all rubber hoses that go to your intake with a can of carb cleaner or starting fluid. You should only have a handfull. Brake booster, pcv, ac, fuel purge, etc. Spray them & When you hit the leak, rpm will rise. Cheack also gaskets surrounding intake, Iac & throttle body. Check your pcv valve and test brake booster as well. those are other possibles.
