DarkMan is located in Secret Area 1 and is available only after Alpha has been defeated. You may need the hammer from Undernet 7 to reach his door; if not, it's still a pretty handy item to have. To open his door, you will need 140 standard chips, whether you like that or not, so get jiggy with it.
First, defeat Alpha. Then, collect the hammer from Undernet 7. Go to the Secret Area through the Undernet server. Make your way through the Secret Area, defeating DarkMan and YamatoMan. Serenade will be in Secret Area 3 at the top of the huge slope. You must have all 200 standard chips before his door will open.
Serenade is the king of the Undernet. He is found in the secret area, the only way you could battle serenade is by getting all 2oo standard chips Serenade is also Mamorou's navi. Since his father created the undernet, and since Serenade (S, for short) is the king, we can assume that Mamorou's father gave him S as a navi. Also, on the side of Mamorou's wheelchair is S's symbol, meaning that Lan and Mamorou can have the netbattle that Lan promised him.

One series is not necessarily better than another series. However, here is some information to help you decide for yourself. Metroid currently has 12 titles released in the series, while Mega Man has over 60. This large quantity of games in the Mega Man series has led to some criticism due to the lack of quality in some of the games, but also is an indicator of its success. Even though their numbers are different, these games have both had their fair share of success. In terms of game play, on the other hand, these games are both fantastic in their own rights. The Mega Man series is based traditionally on an action platformer type of game and later spreading out into rpgs. Metroid was developed into more of an adventure game as opposed to an action game, which continued well into the games future and is especially present in the Metroid Prime series. Although the very fundamentals of the protagonists of the two series are similar, the games both have a very distinctive atmosphere that makes them both great series.
Personally though, I'm a huge Metroid fan! The series has spawned some seriously epic games!
I have Megaman star force Dragon, and I found her after looking near the train near the lookout point. Not sure if it will be the same for you, but I hope I helped!
Don't forget, you have to search the train first!
The Megaman ZX DS game has been very succesful in many different versions of the game and was made by Capcom. The first was released on July 12th 2007.
Try gamefaqs.com. Actually, try searching that on Google. You'll likely get tons of usable hits.
Search "Megaman X SNES ROM download" or if you are looking for x2,x3,x4 etc search that but put the system and change the number.
The Serenade chip, first and foremost, can only be activated and used when there is an open hole on the field. These can be created with the Hole * chip, or, using the DarkLicense NC Program obtained from BugStyle, the chip can be used without a hole being necessary.
The chip summons Serenade, who uses HolyShock to break the panels on the opponent(s)' side of the field, and damage them. Each hit does 100 damage, and there are a lot of hits in the attack. It is more efficient if there are less squares on the opponent's side for Serenade to attack.
Fish is obtained from the program shop in Beach Square.
DrillMan V1 is in Undernet 5, in a 5X3 square in the lower left portion of the area. DrillMan V2 (alpha) is behind the bugfrag trader in Undernet 6 in the lower left portion of the area. DrillMan V3 (beta) pops up in random battles in HadesNet. DrillMan V5 (omega) will appear in the same spot as his V1 once the omega navis are unleashed.
Sort of. In the Megaman Zero Series, yes, it concluded with Zero's death. However, in Megaman ZX, there are models that are supposedly "fragments of ancient heros who protected the world". Model Z is one of them, who is supposedly a frgment of Zero.
The Mettaur Village is in the LCD Comp (The giant screen in Electric Town).
But you have to talk to this person in ACDC Area first. He'll tell you there is a guy in Town Area that loves to lie and the guy knows about the Mettaur Village. After talking to both of them, you can go to the LCD Comp. After you fight the bad guy that tries to delete the Mettaurs, you can go back and tell the scientist.
Use a walkthrough. They're found on gamefaqs.com and myriad other gaming websites. Or, use a youtube walkthrough. There are plenty of those. But don't use this media for that kind of question. It's infuriating and pointless, since the question is so vague that anyone who wants to answer it would be forced to outline the story itself and write a walkthrough in response to your question.
You need luigi.
Beat bowser in the fire sea.
Now you are ready!
Go to the mirror room, you will see a luigi painting.

Drkness Hole: Behind door somewhere to the right in Noise Wave 4 opened by fighting 500 battles
I hoped I helped :)
Well, this is because the staff of Inti Creates doesn't want to use the old Zero sprite, and because they wanted to Zero look more human... this info is appears in the Remastered Tracks Rockman Zero books and in the Rockman Zero Complete Works...
hope this serves to you.
