What causes body odor to smell like mildew and be strong enough to permeate a bedroom?
I've smelled this on many men -- vegetarians (though cheese-eating), omnivores, those who exercise regularly and shower regularly, those who don't. I have no idea what causes it or how to treat it, except maybe go heavy on the moisture absorbing items like powders, de-humidifiers for closets, active-charcoal satchels, etc. I personally have four general categories of body odor:
- onion-like: typically located in the armpit after exertion, a strong but addressable source of odor. Strong up close, but it doesn't seem to travel far. Men and women alike get this.
- mildew-y: tends to be much more pervasive -- gets in clothes, spreads in rooms and other enclosed spaces (like cars). Transfers more readily to surfaces, possibly because the source of the odor tends to be a larger surface area of the skin rather than specifically the armpit.
- fart-y: a crude way of saying it, but some people sweat and it smells like feces. I'm guessing this has to do with specific bacteria on their skin and hygiene.
- old Asian man: it's a specific acrid smell that I think has to do with how much fermented soybean is in the diet?
Other very specific odors like genitals, backside, feet, breath or hair doesn't count for me, because they're so specific to the glands on that body part. Or am I wrong...?
Shoes are stinky from the moisture from our feet in them. Athlete's foot is a fungus. Keep shoes & feet as dry as possible by wearing cotton socks that breathe. Wet shoes can get moldy if not kept dry....

How are asexual spores of mold classified?
They are classified by their mode of development.
Sporangiospores- asexual spores produced at the end of aerial hyphae enclosed within a sac. Rhizopus makes these types of spores.
Conidiospores- asexual spores produced in chains at the end of aerial hyphae and are not enclosed by a sac. Penicillium makes these types of spores.
If the rental property you are living in has black mold and mildew do you still have to pay rent?
First, document everything you are claiming by taking a picture of the damages and mold infested area. You will need this as proof of your claims. Then, you must first notify your landlord of the situation and allow him to take care of it within a reasonable amount of time. If he does not, then you can withhold the amount it takes to clean it up or get rid of this mold and mildew from your rent. Save receipts of what you paid to clean this up as you need documentation of your expenses. I would also contact your local health department of your situation. They will help you get this remedied probably faster and without court involvement.
mould grows like a plant. so it is like looking at a forest from above it just looks that way.

What is the Catholic God of mildew?
Catholics believe in one God, not many. God has three parts, but is still only one God. "253 The Trinity is One. We do not confess three Gods, but one God in three persons, the "consubstantial Trinity".83 The divine persons do not share the one divinity among themselves but each of them is God whole and entire: "The Father is that which the Son is, the Son that which the Father is, the Father and the Son that which the Holy Spirit is, i.e. by nature one God."84 In the words of the Fourth Lateran Council (1215), "Each of the persons is that supreme reality, viz., the divine substance, essence or nature."85
254 The divine persons are really distinct from one another. "God is one but not solitary."86 "Father", "Son", "Holy Spirit" are not simply names designating modalities of the divine being, for they are really distinct from one another: "He is not the Father who is the Son, nor is the Son he who is the Father, nor is the Holy Spirit he who is the Father or the Son."87 They are distinct from one another in their relations of origin: "It is the Father who generates, the Son who is begotten, and the Holy Spirit who proceeds."88 The divine Unity is Triune.
255 The divine persons are relative to one another. Because it does not divide the divine unity, the real distinction of the persons from one another resides solely in the relationships which relate them to one another: "In the relational names of the persons the Father is related to the Son, the Son to the Father, and the Holy Spirit to both. While they are called three persons in view of their relations, we believe in one nature or substance."89 Indeed "everything (in them) is one where there is no opposition of relationship."90 "Because of that unity the Father is wholly in the Son and wholly in the Holy Spirit; the Son is wholly in the Father and wholly in the Holy Spirit; the Holy Spirit is wholly in the Father and wholly in the Son."91 " ~Catechism of the Catholic Church
Although the mystery of the Trinity is unfathomable and we shall never know everything about it, the best way that I can describe it is to liken it to an egg. There are 3 parts to the egg - the yolk, the white, and the shell. Each do different things and can be referred to by themselves, but they still make up one egg. The three Persons of God each do different things and can be referred to by themselves, but they still make up one God. God created mildew - but there is no specific God of mildew.
How do you clean mildew from pop up tent canvas?
The most inexpensive way is a good old-fashioned strongmix of white vinegar and water. In the tub, soak the tent in just enough cold water to completely cover. Then add about 1 gallon of white vinegar. (Note: You might want to open a window or two, if possible, if you choose this method.) Rinse and dry thoroughly before repacking or better, let tent hang in a place with plent of airflow until you're ready to use it again. (Mildew requires limited oxygen to thrive.)
I've also had good luck with Oxi Clean. Make a paste according to manufacturer's directions, apply to affected areas, then scrub with an old kitchen sponge. Rinse thoroughly and let completely dry before repacking. This method is easier if you can spread out in the backyard and then rinse with a water hose, plus it keeps the mildew out of the house. The tub will work, though, if you're in a pinch.
Both methods should kill the mildew, but vinegar may or may not take out any stains. Oxi Clean will likely take out most of the stains and doesn't leave a funky smell on your tent.
