That movie was called: "Bean, The ultimate Disaster Movie". The second one is about Mr. Bean going to France and helping a boy finding back his dad who missed the train thanks to Mr. Bean! Nothing, he used to do absolutely nothing. Once he learned how to act like a hilarious actor from his friends and family, he started showing off and was actually found to be very good for a specific role to give him the name of Mr. Bean. His real name is Phillip Laxerton. There you have it, Mr. Bean did nothing except for education and fun in life before his acting career was born.

Rowan Atkinson, the British actor/comedian/ screenwriter/creator of the Mr. Bean character is not dead. I just went on Wikipedia & The Internet Movie Data Base, & there is no information stating that Rowan Atkinson is dead. Had he died, the news of Atkinson,s demise would have been front page news.
