Did I Pull my muscle or did I completely tare it?
i used to be a gymnast , but I haven't done it in years and I was doing a Round-off and I totally either pulled my muscle or Tore my inner thigh ( my groin does not hurt , just the inner thigh , The pain does not go all the way down to the inner part of the knee it is just the inner thigh ) I know that it hurt really bad when I did it but what makes me think that I tore it is that I felt a burning sensation along with pain so I'm wondering what I did exactly ?
I felt pain along with a burning sensation for about five minutes like a really bad burning sensation to where I couldn't get up off the ground and the only thing I could do was slap the ground with my hand because it hurt so bad, it is now very sore and I know it's going to be worse when I wake up tomorrow but I can still walk right now . So anybody have any ideas of what I've might've done and also how long will this take to heal ?
