The EXACT WAY to get Bando and Anbu Kakashi is this. First, to get Bando you must have purchased everything in the store except Bando and Anbu Kakashi. Next, you must get 70,000 ryo ( money) even though it says 35,000. Then once you've done that go to the store and Bando is unlocked for purchase. Now the hardest part, getting Anbu Kakashi. To get kakashi you must have everything in the store but him. Now this is the hard part. You must get 20% mission completion on every character except regular kakashi. On regular you need to have 40%. To check the completion go to rankings then scroll down and select mission completion. I highly recommend you get hokage on the first two mission on everyone so it makes 20%. After you got all of the missions done for everyone on 20% except kakashi who is 40%, then you must get 100,000 ryo (money). The easiest way is single survival. After all of this is done go to kakashi's S-ranked mission ( the last one) and hit fight. Then you face Anbu Kakashi. Beat him ( i recommend Down+Strong) and viola you've unlocked Anbu Kakashi. Go to the store and Congrats you've got every character. Hope this helps.

to get anbu kakashi go on mission list beat kakashi's missions by 40% or higher then you have to go to everyone Else's mission list beat at least 20% of their missions then you go on kakashi's mission list again click on the S rank mission then you will have to beat up anbu kakshi. once you beat anbu kakashi go to shop and buy him
