My evidence from the manga (the biggest evidence) have more than 10 reasons and evidences that she was true that she really loves naruto and I will show the biggest reason:Let's looks at this from a realistic point of view. There was NO NEED for Sakura to tell Naruto she loves him in order to release him from the POTL she could have just told him to forget about the promise and stop chasing Sasuke (like saying: naruto, I don't need your promise to back sasuke now, forget about it, just telling that because I felt a guilt for you to lift all this burden on you), although Naruto will be surprised he would have told her that he wants to bring Sasuke back to Konoha not just for the promise but for himself too. There we go Sakura will release him from the promise but we all know that he was still going to chase over him, so you see there was no need for her to confess her feelings to him.
Why make me strongly sure that Sakura was telling the truth in her confession???
Back at 459 Sakura told herself (not yamto or sai or any one because she was by herself ) that she's the one who has caused Naruto the most pain.. she was making nothing only mistakes and she DOESN'T WANT TO MAKE ANOTHER MISTAKE! Now woudn't lying to Naruto that she loves him just to stop him from chasing Sasuke be making another mistake because she will be using his feelings???......playing with someone feelings is a very big mistake.

Think about it. Sakura did not tell Naruto (about the decision to kill Sasuke) she did kept the truth from him but I believe she covered it up with telling him another truth (her confession).
Her confession was a bonus that she felt like getting it off from her chest because she thought Naruto will hate her for taking the decision in killing Sasuke (she needed to tell him how she feels before he hates her according to her).
While she confesses to Naruto at the same time she will:
1. Release him from the POTL.
2. She will convince him to return to Konoha with her protecting him from Sasuke, allowing her to continue with her resolve to kill Sasuke.
3. She will kill Sasuke and Naruto will hate her making it as her punishment for giving him the burden of carrying the POTL
Sakura really loves Naruto from the beginning of part 2 and bielive by all the developments kishi had made to sakura's feeling and the hint he make to us and to sakura by yamto in chapter 296-297 that she loved naruto.... sakura fall in love with naruto unconscious and she realised that she really loves naruto after the hint by yamto and if any one really understand the manga, they will realise how sakura really sakura loves naruto from the beggining of part 2 ....... see what he asked him first when she returned to the village after 2 1/2 years she asked him: (if she like more womanly and blushes) See how when she first met sasuke again after naruto battle with orotchimaro ...sakura has moved on (long time ago) from sasuke .
I think ithat the evidence hereis enough to prove that sakura 's confession was true about her feelings for naruto.

Is the sharingan the same as the rinegan?
No, Never. The rinnegan is a visual capacity that is given to only one person every some decades after the one who possesed it before dies. While the Sharingan is of the uchiha clan and every one in that clan can posses it if the get the needed chakra control. When it becomes into a mongekyo (that can only come it by kiling his or her best friend) sharingan it can do all that and posses the ultimate genjutsu known as tsukoyomi, then some which possesthe tsukoyomi have the amaterasu the supreme physical attack (this jutsu is a fire still ninjutsu that insinerates everything it touches until itis totally destroyed), When the tsukoyomi and the amaterasu are in a mongekyo the susanoo rises ( this is the supreme barrier against all jutsu nothing can go through the susanoo), others who posses the mongekyo can also posses a space jutsu (that consists in that what ever the user sees transfers into another universe). When an uchiha has the mongekyo every time he uses it he or she becomes blind little by little so that they dont become blind they need to get the eyes of his or her brother or sister. Its said that the one who posses the rinnengan will learn all the jutsus on earth, but still for the explanation I just gave, the sharingan is the suprime visual jutsu who even surpasses the rinnengan.
Jiriah dies because when naruto was fighting pain well jiriah died fighting pain , i didnt see it yet but what i think happened was they were together and pain attacked and well jiriah died....not that hard really lol but maybe pain just attacked jiriah because jiriah was a friend of naruto and tht was pein's way of revenge - making him suffer before he attacks him himself.
i didnt like finding out jiriah died coz of pein...but what happenes happens...

That explain`s the fact that sasuke don`t need the eye`s for nothing, because it`s best friend was itachi`s all the time and not naruto as all the ppl thought, therefor the eyes will have a second roll for madaras or anything ploted against it, correct me if i`m wrong :P

He did in Part 1, but it was not love (at least, the is no evidence that it was).
Whether he still cares at the start of Part 2 is debatable, but later he tries to kill her (she did try to kill him first) and it's clear he cares of nothing but revenge in his current state.

Actully Hinata ALMOST DIES because she is mentelly wounded and tells naruto that she loves him then goes and attacks pain but gets deflected.then naruto sees here lyingin there almost dead and turns into 9 tails and then pain and naruto get out of the fighting area and keep fighting,meanwhille sakura helps hinata from almost dying
