No his father is not dead and neither is his mother. after sealing the nine tailed fox naruto's father (yodaime) moved VERY far away and created the akatsuki. In the end he fights naruto and loses (in the battle naruto's mom tried to help naruto but died in the battle)

Pein is far more powerful than Deidara was and Gaara was beaten by Deidara.
Gaara was defeated by Deidara cause of his bombing in the sand village, Gaara had to block a whole COUNTRY with all his chakra to save them, that's why Gaara lost. Naruto cannot defeat all 6 pein, but 4 of them. and since Gaara is just as strong as Naruto, i think Pein will win, but it would be a really good match (i mean like a match where the whole village would be destroyed)
Jiraya was killed by pain, essentially by Nagato. Nagato controls the pain, or pein, bodies. When Jiraya went to investigate pein, he was confronted with the bodies, and died from injuries they inflicted on him, just after he discovered who the pein "Master" was.

Kakashi died after saving Choji from one of Pain's Incarnations. He used all of his chakra to use his Mangekyou Sharingan thus killing himself. Pain brought him back though as is shown in the Manga.

No, Hinata does not have a demon inside her. In fact, I'm pretty sure that all the demons have been accounted for (in the manga) and Hinata is not a "Jinchurikki" (Host to a demon)
