Do F22 raptors carry nuclear warheads?
Yes, the F22 Raptor does have nuclear capability.
Conventional weapons it carries are the AIM-120 AMRAAM air to air missile, and the AIM-9 Sidewinder. For ground attacks the F-22 Raptor carries the GBU-39 Small Diameter Bomb and the 1000-lb JDAM. It's also equipped with a 20mm M61A2 Vulcan cannon.
The B61 nuclear bomb can fit inside the F-22 Raptor's weapons bays and will also be carried by the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II. The B61 nuclear bomb is one of the primary thermonuclear weapons in the U.S. stockpile. It is an intermediate-yield strategic and tactical nuclear weapon featuring a two-stage radiation implosion design.[1] The B61 is a variable yield bomb (0.3 to 340 kiloton yield in various versions and settings) designed for carriage by high-speed aircraft. It has a streamlined casing capable of withstanding supersonic flight speeds. The weapon is 11 ft 8 in (3.56 m) long, with a diameter of about 13 inches (33 cm). Basic weight is about 700 pounds (320 kg), although the weights of individual weapons may vary depending on version and fuse/retardation configuration. -From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Who has more nukes America or Russia?
Russia has more nukes then the United States of America. Russia also has the biggest stock pile of nukes in the world. Russia also holds the record for making and blowing up the biggest nuke in the world called the Tsar bomb.
OK an example of the above are propaganda of countries, rumours etc.
The real amount of nukes will never be known or revealed truthfully by any country. What we know: America, better funded, better military funded, better allies, beat Russia in cold war, this meant Russia were to sign a TYPE of treaty, as we know it destroyed communism, and brought capitalism, what America wanted, and so the soviet union fell, screwing their resources, funding was messed, from the other countries, empire fell, loss of allies. And America counter acted and created NATO- north Atlantic treaty organisation, which meant that if communism was to rise, the other 14 countries in it would help America to fight communism and screw Russia up. so they could never become near to be a superpower ever again. This was the point where it was, Russia or America, now its America for good to be a superpower. America created the first atom bomb, made by the Manhattan project, group of scientists, EINSTEIN DID NOT MAKE IT THEY ONLY REFERRED TO HIS THEORY E=MC2, then Russia went and made theirs. So we know, Russia was screwed and unlikely to have more than America, America is stronger than ever, and wasn't screwed like Russia in that particular war. So if i personally had to choose, i would choose America, they have the most, best funded which gives reasons why they would, best supplier of weapons to 3rd world countries, loads of empire, England etc. So Russia wouldn't have more nuclear weapons etc, from the loss of empire( soviet Union), money, army. Hope it helped!
Why are nuclear weapons a good thing?
Nuclear weapons are a good thing for the United States because they prevent others from using nuclear weapons on the US. In general, the world would probably be a better place without nuclear weapons if it weren't for the fact that they lead to research in all fields of Nuclear Engineering, like Nuclear Power plants and Nuclear Physics. Since nuclear weapons already exist in the world, for the US to get rid of their nuclear weapons would be unwise. Countries that dislike nuclear weapons or even radical terrorist cells and organizations would now have no reason not to launch a nuclear warhead at the US since no retaliation would occur. The strategy of nuclear weapons preventing others from using them against the US is called the Deterrent Strategy.
