Shiro Takaoji is an elementary school child who sort of becomes a host (the naughty type) in one episode. After that, though, he is never seen again.

Kyoya, being his attractive self, is saying though he thought molesting Haruhi would have been beneficial to him in its own right Haruhi's idea that he would gain nothing from it strikes him as an interesting thought because maybe he would loose more in that situation.

Hikaru's hair is usually parted to the right (from OUR perspective, but his perspective it's parted to the left) and Kaoru's is usually parted to the left (again, from our perspective. From Kaoru's perspective, it's parted to the right). Also, in the anime, Hikaru's voice is lower, and firmer in the English sub. Kaoru's voice is higher pitched and softer. Also, according to Haruhi, when Kaoru isn't with Hikaru, "he is normal and well behaved, while Hikaru is noisy and has a bad mouth".

They're pretty much conveniently placed comedy props. Kinda making fun of old style comedy and it shows how stupid the characters can be at times.

The Halloween party in Ouran High School Host Club takes place in the anime in episode 8, titled "The Sun, the Sea, and the Host Club!". In the manga, it occurs in Volume 2, Chapter 8, called "This is Our Ouran Fair!"

Uh... Ouran High School Host Club is a fictional school, made up of fictional buildings, classes and characters. Since it is purely fantasy, I doubt you'll find any school like it anywhere in the world. Some of the activities undertaken in the school might be considered slightly too , um, 'diverse' for students.

This is a question asked frequently. The "nothing to gain" part refers to another episode where he says something along the lines of "if I have nothing to gain, I see no purpose in doing it." In that same episode, he refers to two or three things Haruhi says by saying, "An intriguing notion in it's own way." You can watch all I've just discussed in the episode "Kyoya's Day Out."

I don't think there will be a 3rd season of Ouran High School Host Club. If there is another season, it will take awhile for Bisco Hatori to make it, though I am not sure whether she will actually make another or not.

Yes! If my sources are correct a second season has been greenlit and we can all look forward to it!! WOO!! I am a major Ouran fan myself.

Yes, but not enough that he feels he needs to take action; he doesn't feel he'd gain enough merit from being with her. So he does love her (as a friend, and maybe just a little more), but feels that her and Tamaki would be better off together. He'd gain more by them being together- friendship and happiness from the both of them.

Kaoru and Hikaru both have romantic feelings for Haruhi but Kaoru steps back to let Hikaru come to realize his feelings for Haruhi and encourages Hikaru to pursue his feelings.

At least that is what I got from the anime but those reading the manga will have a much better understanding, I would think.

None of them that I know of, i have watched the dubbed series so maybe the Japanese version has a scene in it that was taken out. But Kyoya does pin Haruhi to a bed in episode 8. I don't want to spoil the episode anymore for those who haven't seen it but it is a good episode with a more drama in comparison to other episodes in my opinion (well, i suppose not episode 25 and 26 but whatever :) )
