no it is not poisonous. dogs can eat peanut butter. in fact most dogs love it. it is not harmful to any dog except for ones with allergies. but no matter what you should never give your dog too much of ANYTHING that they usually or don't usually do eat! don't give them really large amounts, they could choke. you should give them small amounts or from a spoon. here is a list of foods that are toxic to dogs: KNOWN TOXIC FOODS FOR DOGS.
