Percy Jackson and the Olympians

The series is called Percy Jackson and the Olympians. The Lightning Thief is the first book in the series. The others (in order) are the Sea of Monsters, the Battle at Labyrinth, and the Last Olympian. (Hope I was helpful! ^-^)

Percy, Annabeth, and Grover get to the Underworld by Charon's ferry. They get past Cerberus because Annabeth starts playing with him with a red rubber ball.

Because in book 5 "The Last Olympian" the Great Prophecy was fulfilled and the Great prophecy was the theme of the Percy Jackson books. Then Rachel Elizabeth Dare (a mortal who could see through the mist) became the new oracle and proclaimed the next great prophecy. Rick Riordan then wrote his next book, "The Lost Hero" the beginning of a sequel series to the Percy Jackson books. But this new series is about the new demigods that will come to camp half-blood. The next book "The Son of Neptune (Poseidon)" is supposed to come out this Fall 2011.

The magical borders in Camp Half Blood is failing because Thalia's tree was poisoned. Chiron is accused of poisoning the tree so he was fired along with the security guard, Argus. Tyson was shown to be Percy's little brother at the end of the chapter.

Well, Bianca Di Angelo hasn't been cast yet, cause she isn't going to be in the movie until #3, so it's hard to tell. But in my opinion, I think Briget Mendler should play her.

Most of the major characters have been casted for The Lightning Thief movie, except Clarisse which hasn't been announced yet. All the gods have been casted.

Percy, Annabeth, Grover, Selina.

Beckondorf, Thalia, Rachel, Nico & Bianca di Angelo haven't been casted yet.

Percy Jackson is rebellious and doesn't like to be used. He knows how to piss someone off very well, and will take a monster out. Percy gets protective of his friends and family if they are threatened. He also gets jealous of Luke because of annabeth, and wants a normal life.

Percy had already been in a lot of trouble during his sixth grade school year, and his principal had told him that if he caused any trouble on the trip he would be expelled. After he "pushed" Nancy Bobofit into the fountain, it was the last straw.

It was mentioned in the short story, the Sword of Hades, located in the Demigod Files. But, it was merely touched upon. It was a past experience that we were told happened during a past trip to the Underworld. Although, the actual encounter was never recorded.
