The Subterranean Complex has nine sublevels. The boss, a Man-at-Legs, is on the final sublevel, and there are Candypop Buds to create more Pikmin on sublevels four and eight.

The secret bugs appear only in the Wistful Wild every 30 days, starting with the 31st day. They are small orange creatures that travel in swarms, but they have no Piklopedia entry. Not only are they a rare novelty, but Pikmin can attack them to release nectar, Ultra-Spicy Spray, and Ultra Bitter Spray in large quantities. Be careful, as the swarms can also release poison when they are attacked.

The Prototype Detector (the ship's name for a Love Tester), which gives you the Treasure Gauge, is found in the Empress Bulblax at the bottom of the Hole of Beasts.

To defeat the Titan Dweevil, you must first disable all four of its weapons. Each one corresponds to a different hazard: fire, water, electricity, and poison. You must throw Pikmin onto each weapon and have them attack it until it falls off; after it separates from the Titan Dweevil, it cannot reattach the weapon. It can only attack with one weapon at a time, and will change color immediately before it attacks to signify which weapon it will use: red for fire, blue for water, yellow for electricity, and purple for poison. Once you remove all four weapons, the Titan Dweevil will be left powerless to do anything but throw off your Pikmin.

I highly recommend that you disable the water weapon first; contrary to the other three weapons, which don't reach outside the small arena where the Titan Dweevil stands, the water weapon's range covers the entire floor. There is NO safe place for Pikmin that aren't blue.

You can find pikmin 2 figures easily by looking on eBay, although they may be expensive there. Try looking on eBay first before searching anywhere else.

You can find them in the Perplexing pool level (so make sure you have it open). Once you enter the level, you will be shown a scene that shows you where they are. To open the Perplexing pool level you also need a half globe in awakening wood.

The day ends when the timer at the top of the screen reaches the very right side. You can also choose to go to the end of the day from the pause menu. Just be sure to gather up your Pikmin when the day starts to end.

To unlock the final bonus video, you must get a "perfect" rating in all 30 challenge levels. This is indicated by a purple flower on the level select screen. The "perfect" flowers can be attained in one- or two-player mode by completing a level without losing any Pikmin. Keep in mind that to get a "perfect" rating, it is not necessary to get any treasure except for The Key on each sublevel.

There are 79 total letters you can get. Because the letters come depending on how many Pokos you have recovered, there is no way to tell which letter you will receive on day 99.
