An Account Id on Pixie Hollow is a Username. Pixie Hollow calls it an Account Id. There is not a big difference

Sticks are very common. You can find them in lots of places and earn them in different games. I think there are quite a few sticks at the pumpkin patch and all the autumn areas.

By leveling up. You earn diamonds every level except for levels where you earn a new talent skill. The only other way is to buy them.
