To evolve Eevee into Umbreon in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness, you need to meet the following requirements:

1. Have an IQ of 2 stars or higher.
2. Have a Defense stat higher than the attack stat.
3. Reach level 36 or higher with Eevee. Once these conditions are met, Eevee will naturally evolve into Umbreon during gameplay.

in explorers of time you don't need to have a wondermail for flash cannon! you can find it in marowack's dojo in the final maze in the post ending,a mystifying forest shop,mt. travail in a shop, a concealed ruins shop,a lake afar shop and a happy outlook shop. so now you know. i have the game and I'm a water type that knows the move so it's really just luck iof you find it. by the way it's 6500 poke

You can also find Thunderstones in certain dungeons as random drops or hidden items. Keep exploring and completing missions to increase your chances of obtaining one.

there isn't a way to obtain dusknoir through wondermail but u can get a duskull evolve him into dusclops then trade dusclops with a reaper cloth (repaer thing..) and when traded will evolve into dusknoir!

THOSE TWO ANSWARS ARE RIGHT AND WRONG>:OFirst of all. Dusknoir is a very rare Pokemon in the first place. Hes a villin in the main story so you will not be able to obtain the Pokemon until you beat the 1st mail story and the 2nd main story. Then you must find a Duskclops. Use a Reaper Cloth to evovle it at Luminous Springs. its extremly powerful so i recommed using it ALOT.

In Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2: Explorers of Time and Darkness, you must have undergone a significant part of the plot in order to evolve your starter Pokemon. This means that you must have finished all of the plot up to the point where you return from the future and foil Dusknoir's plan to eliminate you. Essentially, you will need to have defeated primal Dialga in Temporal Tower. Once you defeat primal Dialga, the guild will call for your graduation as a complete and qualified exploration team. Wigglytuff, the guild leader, will announce that you must face the 'Grand Master of All Things Bad'. This requires you to navigate Mystifying forest, which leads on to Luminous Spring. After defeating the 'Grand Master of All Things Bad', you will be allowed access to Luminous Spring to evolve your Pokemon. You will, however, encounter a difficulty when trying to evolve either of your starter Pokemon. The Spring spirit will comment on the strangeness of the space surrounding them. This is from Dialga bringing them back from oblivion. The space tear surrounding the two will prevent them from evolving. That is until you battle Palkia and recruit it. As Palkia is the ruler of space, it can mend the space tear around your starter Pokemon, allowing them to finally evolve. So, from there, simply go to Luminous Spring and select your starter to be evolved. Do note, however, that some starters may need an item to evolve (such as Pikachu, needing a Thunderstone).

Or, if you want both Dusknoir and Darkrai, take the mystery part and the mask with you to Spacial Rift 14th floor. They are both there. Latios and Latias are in spacial rift to.. Latias is on the 10th floor, and I think latios is on he lower spacial rift 14th floor?
