Pokemon Liquid Crystal is a Fan Hack based on FireRed, and a remake of Pokemon Crystal with a new enemy team called Team Saturn, new tilesets, new music, etc. The game is updated periodically, but the Johto and Kanto quests are playable, as are most of the Orange Archipelago quests.
