Jirachi is an event Pokémon; it can only be received by attending a Nintendo distribution or by transferring via Pokémon Bank.

It is still possible to receive Jirachi through Pokémon Channel (certain European copies only!) or Pokémon Colosseum (American Bonus Disk only!) as the events themselves are still on-going and can be redeemed to this day. (Channel requires a certain amount of completion, and it can only be received once per GBA Ruby/Sapphire cartridge.)

These Jirachi can be transferred using Pokémon Transporter, and will be perfectly legal for use in X/Y/OR/AS. Alternatively, trade another player via WiFi -- GTS will not work.

Well, bring Rock type Pokemon and Ground type Pokemon, because she has two Emolga which are Flying/Electric type. Ground type won't work for the Emolga, because Flying is a resistant. Rock type Pokemon can easily take it down, because Flying is weak against Rock type. Once you defeat both of the Emolga, she'll send out Zebstrika. It's just a Electric type so bring out your Ground type and make it faint with some Ground type attacks.

Note: Zebrika and Emolga can easily faint Grass types. Although Grass isn't weak to Electric, Emolga have the move Acrobatics and Zebstrika have the move Flame Charge.

WRONG!!!!!!!!Go to Pacifidlog town, after completing the elite4 surf to the left and you'll find an opening in the route barrier, surf up there then get off on the island, walk through the cave and then up towards the building, make your way through the building (you need a mach bike) and on the top floor rayquaza will be ther waiting for you. It's called sky pillar.

i don't think there is a "sharp claw" if you mean razor claw, its at victory road 1st floor, and route 224

Every so often, you can find Ralts in swarms. Check the radio card on your Poke gear and tune in to Mary and Prof. Oak's channel. They will say that there is a certain Pokemon not normally at the said location. Occasionally, it will be a Ralts. The last time I know it was Ralts was on October 24, 2010. It was on Route 34 (I think) and I couldn't find one. It might be different for you, though.
