2: 5234 will get you a shiny pidgey

3: 673034 will get you a Shiny Jigglypuff

you can't only can get it on chapter 4 on route 8

I just caught myself a CATERPIE and a WEEDLE and evolved them both into BUTTERFREE and a BEEDRILL[respectively] to help me. And I suggest your entire team be leveled up to 10, since it won't go any further than that (when I played it)...

Pidgeot doesn't evolve. Unless you meant Pidgeotto then at level 36.
