Now you are starting to mix a bit much into your cocktail. I usually recommend that you not mix over the counter medicines with prescriptions unless you check with your doctor. Over the counter medicines still have side effects, and some can be quite severe if you mix them or take too many. Sudafed makes you very nervous and jittery. You are already having muscle cramps and pain. Save the Sudafed until you feel better. Try a saline nasal spray if you are having runny nose - that would be safe with your other drugs.

Phenylephrine is a powerful vasoconstrictor. It is used as a nasal decongestant and cardiotonic agent. Phenylephrine is a postsynaptic α1-receptor agonist with little effect on β-receptors of the heart.

There is no Pseudo ephedrine in horse or cattle blocks.

It sounds like you have sinus congestion (sinus blockages). It does many things, in order to achieve the goal of nasal decongestion. It acts by enhancing norepinephrine (noradrenaline) and epinephrine (adrenaline) or adrenergic activity by stimulating the α-adrenergic receptors. Basically it temporarily constricts blood vessels to allow for more "breathing room" so to speak in your nose and throat.

Edit: Keep in mind pseudoephedrine is often packaged with ibuprofen or some other pain reliever which can be dangerous to mix with alcohol, though to my knowledge the psuedoephedrine doesn't have a strong negative interaction with alcohol, especially at the extremely low dosages you usually take it in.

At the risk of violating federal medical privacy laws, are you on antibiotics? Most of them--especially ones with "cillin" in their names--will cause a false positive for cocaine. Also, strangely enough, tonic water--which contains quinine--will cause a false positive for cocaine, and Sudafed has been known to.

A GC/MS system will be able to determine whether the drug you're on is amoxicillin, Sudafed, gin & tonic, or cocaine.
