The emergency flasher and turn signals dont work on a 1996 Saturn sl2?

Why does engine sputter at high RPM on Saturn SW2?

Most cars have a governer, or ignition cut off that keeps you from over reving and blowing the engine. This same little thing also keeps you from going over 115-118 miles per hour for a different reason. (so the police can keep up when they chase you).

Are there more than one fuse box on the 2005 Saturn relay?

One fuse panel is inside the engine compartment, back left corner, inside the black plastic. Just pop off the top panel. The second one is suppose to be "inside the instrument panel on the passenger side" of the interior. I looked all around, found the inside air filter behind the glove box, but could not find a simple panel that would pop out. Would someone have to take off the ENTIRE INSTRUMENT PANEL??? I can't see it being that stupid.

Can you adjust the rear drum brakes on a 1999 Saturn LS?

Yes, of course you can adjust the rear drum brakes. They should be self adjusting. Every time you back up and apply the brakes they should adjust themselves. If that is not working, look for a small rubber plug on the back of the backing plate. Remove that plug and with a brake adjustment tool, you can adjust the brakes. Search Google for the proper procedure to adjust drum brakes.

Would Saturn float?

Saturn (the planet) would float if you could find anything large enough for it to float in.

The density of Saturn is 0.687 g/cm³ which is less than water.

However, the density of Saturn (the planet) is always calculated as the "mean density", indicating that the mass of the core, water, and gasses are all combined to provide the total mass of the planet, and the volume, including the gas mantle is used to calculate mean density. Naturally the gas mantle will float, since it is significantly less dense than water, but if the planet were placed in a theoretical container of water, the gas would no longer be a significant part of the process, and the core of the planet would sink.

So... it depends on how you're deciding whether the planet will float. Are you putting a large balloon around it then putting it into the theoretical container of water? Yes, it will float if that's what you're doing. But if the gas of the planet is allowed to act as a gas, everything changes... you decide.

Saturn (the vehicle) would float briefly, while the windows and doors are closed, but as air is displaced, water would fill the inside of the vehicle and it would sink.

If you wanted to fill the interior with beach balls or something else that would hold air... it would probably float.

If a person weight 100 pound in Earth how will he weight in Saturn?

The person's weight on Saturn would be different than on Earth because gravitational pull varies depending on the planet. On Saturn, the gravitational pull is weaker than on Earth, so the person would weigh less. The exact weight would depend on Saturn's specific gravitational force.

Where is the radiator cap located in a 2001 Saturn SL1?

It's a sealed system, there is no cap.

READ NEXT BIT IF YOU HAVE COOLANT LEAK!!!

*This next portion edited by separate searcher/learner* Thanks Clay for your answer, I found the same... there is NO radiator cap on this particular model/year. I searched for this information because I was caught in a bind and needed a quick fix until I could properly maintenance my vehicle and replace the radiator myself. My problem: I discovered a decent-sized leak (ie constant stream/squirt) on the metal, driver's side end of my radiator and needed to drive across town early the next morning for work-- so I bought a reputable brand of coolant "stop-leak" (Aluma seal) from a parts store, but when I went to put the product directly in the radiator (and NOT just in the overflow reservoir) as it specifically tells you to do, I ran into the problem of it being a closed system. I therefor improvised and bypassed this problem by loosening/detaching the upper hose (driver's side attached to the radiator) on the end closest to the firewall-- to allow for siphoning when you're ready to pour the 'stop-leak' product into the radiator. I just poured it in, whether it's the dry-powder form or pre-mixed form, into the hose, waited for it to drain into the radiator, then followed it up with a 50/50 mix of coolant/water to make sure it all made it in the radiator.

I may have improvised here, but you gotta do what you gotta do when you're in a 'bind'. I may be an amateur when it comes to home auto repair, but this actually worked wonderfully for me and allowed me plenty of time to fix/replace the radiator properly at my convenience. Just an idea, hope it helps someone out there since nothing I searched for online helped me before I tried this...
