Shannen Doherty
Shannen Doherty became well known for her part as Brenda in the show Beverly Hills, 90210. She is also recognized for her roles in Charmed, Mallrats, and Heathers. Although she is sometimes controversial, Doherty has been active in many causes, including animal rights. In 2015, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, and was later boosted back into the spotlight when it was announced that the cancer had spread. She has publicly shared many aspects of her fight, such as the first time she had to shave her head. Many women that are facing the same battles are finding inspiration in this.
