Short Stack are an Australian band from Budewoi NSW made up of Shaun Diviney, Andy Clemensen and Bradie Webb, who became famous from making their own music myspace page and a YouTube channel called "ShortStackTV" (sstv). The early Short Stack TV mainly involves the boys at gigs and just hanging out with their friends. But as they have gotten older and more popular/famous, it shows their interviews, sold out soncert (sydney opera house black tie event 25/4/10 was their biggest show so far), screaming girls and them and their friends drunk and farting in eachothers faces :)
Their genre is mainly pop/rock music and, so far, have only toured Australia but were in the UK promoting their second (unreleased) studio album recently.
They are best known for their hair, songs and Shaun Diviney's amazing high notes. Shaun Donald Patrick Diviney plays the guitar and sings lead vocals, Andy Nicoli Clemensen plays the bass and sings back up vocals and Bradie Gerald Webb plays the drums, keyboard and does a few remix's on The Sweet December EP.
Their debut album was "Stack is the new black" which reached #1 on the ARIA charts and earned them a gold record. The Band have recently finished recording their latest album set to hit the shelfs either later this year or early next. They expect to be releasing the first single from the new album July or August.
Their band logo is a skull and cross bones with a heart on the top of it's head it appears on the front of their album. Shaun Diviney created this logo and he named it Maurice the short stack pirate, Shaun also made a myspace and twitter page claiming that maurice is thousands of years old and knows many people including Leonardo da vinci, Jesus and more.
Andy and Bradie are step brothers and Shaun knows them from school. Short Stack have many friends who support them and help them on tours.
