NO...its only the seal and if you get a silly band that looks like one its not its only from the factory that makes them...when they get to much rubber into the holder they leave it because its hot. So no there is not a walrus silly band.....sorry to burst ur bubble.

Rare squinkies are really hard to get. You can go to Toys R Us, Walmart, Target, and claires. If you are looking for sparkley Rare squinkies they will probley come in the Rare packs you can get at special places. If you cant find the rare ones, try buying some online or if someone else has them try to trade them for normal squinkies.You can also get "Knock offs" Called squishies. Glitter glue drys clear but the glitter obviously doesn't. The glue that makes the glitter stick fades though.
