Yes, a season pass from any Six Flags park is good for all other Six Flags park. If you have season pass parking, it may not be valid at some of the parks.

The bus that takes passengers to "Six Flags Great Adventure" is the bus you would take to go to Wild Safari and/or Hurricane Harbor - the Wild Safari and Hurricane Harbor parks are all within the same area, right across from Six Flags Great Adventure.

Also, keep in mind that the hours for the bus from NYC usually reflect Six Flags Great Adventure's operating hours, yet Hurricane Harbor usually closes before the theme park does, so you might have to wait around for the bus, so check the time.

Since I do not go to waterparks and hadn't taken the bus from NYC, I cannot say if the driver will drop you off right at Hurricane Harbor, or if they just drop you all off at one area and you just walk to either Hurricane Harbor or Great Adventure. Your best bet is to call and see what they say (if you have to walk to Hurricane Harbor or if they drop you off there). I assume they can drop you off there since it's right there, but I'm not 100% sure.

the degree needed to work at six flags varies by location. in fact not all six flags even require any type of degree. at some it is preferres to at leart have an associates degree, but again it all varies.

well to start off there is a pulley system that will lift a small "car" with either hooks or electromagnets that will attach to your seating gondola. this gondola is attached to the tower via wheels. (just in case you didn't know. sometimes they do use another thing that slides up and down the tower but i believe megadrop is a wheelie.) the restraints are then locked into place and you get a safety belt that way if a problem happens with the restrain you don't just fly off the gondola to a brake-less free fall... the car pulls the gondola up to the top of the tower then stops it. a pre set time in a small computer on the motor sends a signal up to a release system (For a hooked car) that then tells the car to let go of the gondola. the gondola sails down the tower until it catches the electromagnetic brakes that bring it gently to a stop. the car then comes back down and hooks back on to release its next victims. (the actual ride part i am still a bit fuzzy on but what it looks like are the cables go from the car up to the top and over a sheave that drop into the middle of the shaft to below the loading deck and into a motor that does the work. the motor i do believe is right next to the stairs that you walk up to get up to it but i would have to look again...)
