To make a trampoline scooter, find an old scooter that your not going to really ride anymore and take of both the front and rear wheels with two Allen keys. then find an old tennis ball and make two slits in it using a plaster knife etc to fit on the front forks where the front wheel used to be. then using duct tape or electric tape, wrap the tape around the tennis ball to keep it secure. then find another tennis ball and put it underneath where the wheel used to be and use excessive amounts of tape to keep it secure. if you want extra protection to keep the deck from whacking your ankles then find an old towel and wrap it around the deck as tight as u can and secure with duct tape. Done!

after u learnn kickflips and shove its, try learning heel flips. i like to classify my tricks into groups. Grop1 is the the simplist and consits of olie's, shove its and manuels. Group 2 consists of basic fliptricks like kickflips and heelflisp and variables of both. Group 3 consists of complex flip tricks like Hardflips, Treflips, Hospital Flips and other flip tricks that may be compounds of 2 easier ones. try to learn tricks within the group you feel you can do best and then SLOWLY progress through the higher groups. =]

no the best skating shoes out there are supra vaiders or muskas skytop which is also supra. because i bought my muskas about a year and half ago and they havent teared or anythin plus they have the best board feel ever plus somthing that's pretty cool is that they come with a stash pocket right inside the shoe and they also come whit more ankle and heel protection. i would highly recommend these for any skater out their

It starts with 2 teams on an oval track. There are 4 blockers for each team on the track at the same time, 1 of each teams blockers being a pivot, the jammer's (scorers) main helper. The first whistle blows and the pack takes off. Second whistle blows and the jammers take off. The aim for the jammers is to make it through the pack before the other jammer does. If they get through first, they are the lead jammer. This means they can call off the jam (a fancy term for stopping it) if they get tired, the other jammer is catching up or any other reason they might have. A jam is 2 minutes or until it is called off. Each blocker the jammers pass the second time around of the opposing team, they get a point. Obviously, to win, you are the team with the most points.

It depends on how you fall. Sometimes it just hurts a little, then you get up and continue skating, other times, depending on how you fall, you can hurt your wrists trying to catch yourself, or twist your ankle or knee. Most the time, if you don't try to go too fast or do things your not yet use to, like turning around fast, skating fast...you will be alright. Don't be afraid to try something new, you may end up being very good at it...just take it slow at first. Even if you do fall, take a quick break and when you're ready, be sure to get back at it!

I personally think that Ice skating is way cooler, but hey, we all have our own ideas about what is more "fun", be it skating or bowling.

Skating is so GOOD coz

1. You will all ways have fun

2. When having so much fun you also get fit without really knowing it

3. You can get heaps of hotty's if there is some watching

4. you don't have to buy that stupid exersize equipment when you can buy skateboards for like $150, scooters for $129, BMX's for $500 (And that is around the prices for good scooters, skateboards, and BMX's)

5. You meet more people skating then you would sitting on the couch watching the simpsons

6. You can become famous if your really good at skating

7. You can enter in comps and get cash and prizes

8. You can be good at something when SKATING
