attached to the underside of the airbox... really quite a pain to get to.

It is not the heater core but rain water,near the hood hinge on the passenger side;they is a "cave in" area that trap water and in the middle they is a ruber plug that seem to leak.

silicone fix the problem for a few day,now I'm back to square 1 and the leak is back.

I have owned 86,87, and 88 Suzuki Samurai's, and in each case the fuel filter was bolted to the inside frame rail, on the right side of the vehicle, near the rear axle. HOWEVER all my Samurai's used carbs...and I assume your 96 is probably fuel injected. Fuel lines are quite different between cars that use carbs and those that are fuel injected. One big difference is the carb may have a fuel pump that puts out 5 - 8 PSI (pounds per square inch) of pressure to work, while a fuel injected vehicle runs much higher pressures.

So, you may want to look to see if there is a soda can sized can with fuel lines run to it inside your right rear frame rail...but be aware that fuel injected cars run high pressure, and you need to reduce the pressure before opening the lines or you will get a huge splash of gasoline. One generic way to reduce the fuel pressure would be to find out what fuse powers your fuel pump (your owners manual should tell you this), and pull the fuse while the car is running. The engine will then use up fuel, the pump won't be putting more pressure into the line, and when the car dies from lack of fuel your pressure will be released.

I would suggest a parts store or the dealership.

Ground the wire that leads to the neutral anywhere on the frame, although doing this will leave your neutral light on all the time so you wont know when your actually in neutral but that's all you can do as far as tried on mine

The fuse panel is located under the chrome side cover on the left side of the motorcycle. You will need to remove the painted side panel that covers your tool storage area to access one of the screws on the chrome cover.

I have some suggestion as fallows

1) I have observed that toing Hook is at left side is giving problem of bending when any small speed breacker is passed on this hook is touching to speed breakar and getting bend and ofstrucitng to veel Road and ceating mechanical noise. in one year thia my third time iam facing problem. Pl change the possion of this toing hook.

2) Most IMP.

I have observed when we full the Tank of CNG we have observed initillay 4 green LED is glowing and nex day we observed that out of 4 LED only 3 led 's are glowing ( KM is 1.5Km)

This i have pointed out to our maruti deler on my thired visit they said that it is depenede upon on what pressure gas is filling.

I don't show any listings for this car but if it uses R-12 freon the fittings (service ports) will be smaller than if it used R134a freon.........

First you should make sure your jack is securly fitted, after jacking up the flat or damaged tire, remove the hubcap (if you have one). There should be 4 smaller sized lugnuts. Remove all four and slide the tire off, put the new one on and put all the nuts and hubcap back on. Done, hope this helped :)

The headlight is fastened by three bolts.

The top one is obvious and is on top of the slam panel.

The other two are behind the bumper, under the headlight.

To get at them you have to partially remove the bumper cover.

Remove the plastic plugs holding the front part of the wheel arch cover.

Undo three cross head screws securing the cover to the bumper underneath.

Remove three 10mm bolts holding the bottom of the bumper cover.

Remove two bolts at the top of the radiator grille.

There may be a plastic rivet in the centre of the radiator grille to the bumper iron.

Reach up inside the wheel arch , pushing the cover aside and remove a self tapping screw securing the top of the bumper cover to the wing.

You should now be able to free the bumper plastic and push it away from the bottom of the headlight.

There is a small gap between the bumper iron and the headlight. Using a thin extension and10mm socket reach in and remove the bolt.

The bolt at the side can be reached the same way or from the side using a ring spanner.

Once the three bolts are removed, the headlamp can be eased out and the wiring unplugged.

It may be better for access to remove the whole bumper, complete with bumper iron.

On the right side, under the seat, behind the plastics. If you remove rear plastics you will see it mounted on the outside of the frame near the batt. There are 2 units there. The one nearest to the front wheel is the flasher relay. That's how it is on my 04
