remove seat. remove speedo housing, let it hang by the wires. remove rear tank bolt, lift rear of tank. remove fuel line(it wont leak fuel) and vacuum line. unplug small wire under tank(white snap together near rear of tank) . pull down to free idle adjustment screw from tank(just forword of that fuel line you took off). lift up on rear of tank while pulling rearword on tank....now change those spark plugs while your there.

The tires on my suzuki swift 2006 says 51 psi max. usually you do 90% of what the tire says so 45 psi. but that seems a bit high..

This bike does not have a fuse box. It does have a 15 amp fuse on the positive cable form the battery.

Nowhere. Intruder doesn't have any transmission that takes trans fluid! Mostly 98% of bikes don't have transmissions.

What you're looking for is a gear-box, which shares motor oil with the engine.

1. There is a 'glass-eye' fluid level window on the right, bottom side of crankcase. Your bike must be upright, not on side stand, and make sure the fluid is no higher than 'F"-full mark.

2. Use recommended 10W-40 MOTORCYCLE OIL ONLY. Preffered, semi-synthetic. Yes, semi-synthetic in this case is better than full synthetic. Has to do with lubricating/molecule bonding/heat temperature properties of a blend.

3. Never use automotive oil. These have special detergents and friction reducers that can make wet-clutch in your bike slip.

The manual say 20w40 but I use 10w40 normal motor oil with any trouble.

you must use a gear/wet brake oil which is avalable from suzuki you must use this due to the interal wet brake

actually ive got a 2011 750 axi kingquad, and stock everything, with my wife on the back running full out down the street, (not recommended) we hit 72

quadsports like many atvs shear the oil from the engine with the tranny. i run 10-w40 in mine and it runs great. and i use used morot oil on the chain. good luck

Sounds like a bad earth somewhere,i'd start with the battery and chassis earth's,the fan and lights draw the most current hence you're problem

Loosen the top two bolts on the swing arm, after tighten the two bolts on the rear of the swing arm until you have 1.5"-2" of slack. Tighten the top bolts back up and good to go

there is no top speed for the suzuki gsx 1400 2009 because they stopped production of this bike in 2007/08 But a 2006 K6 model will do 260kph if you are laying down on the tank so as not to get blown off the bike, but this is no fun and that speed is also Illegal on public roads (Tested mine out at an old air port runway) If you really want to travel at insane speeds on this type of bike and meet you maker as soon as you can, then may I suggest you buy and fit one of the avaliable turbo charging kit's for this model of bike that are avaliable on the web quite readily. Say hi to God for me when you see him/her.

i don't no yet kung ano pinaka d best na spracket sa raider ko pero ang pinaka top speed ng motor ko eh 130 k/hr stock lahat ang gamit ko - you could try 14/43 kasi marami uphill sa lugar namin and palagi ako may backride. Anyway depends yon sa day to day driving mo. Basic lang naman is lower is usually more acceleration and higher more speed...opposite naman sa rear sprocket...

vinson 500 the dash lights went black but no fluse is blow and i still can pullstart it and ride it i need to kn how to fix it or find a wiring diagram for a 2007 vinson 500

About every 60,000 miles is what I remember (from when my son and I owned a total of 4 Samurai's about 10 years ago.) I certainly would not go over 100,000 miles without changing it. On the plus side, it's pretty easy to do if you are at all comfortable with a wrench, and the procedure is spelled out nicely in a Haynes manual. I found it easiest to remove the front grill and radiator, neither of which takes much time and effort, and it gives you a lot more room to handle the timing belt change. I don't think it is actually NECESSARY to pull the radiator and grill, but to me it made sense as it made the overall job easier. While at it, I would flush the cooling system, and replace the upper and lower radiator hoses, and the thermostat. Easy pro-active maintenance procedures, especially if you use your Jimny for off road driving where a breakdown could be more awkward to deal with.

10w30 or straight 30 weight if you never ride it at temperatures under 45 degrees.

use the key slot on the right side about 5" below the seat, turn key and pull up rear seat.
