I was confused by this too when I first was prescribed Cyp from my Dr.. I found out that it depends. What I mean by this is there are different mixtures for cypionate. Some bottles come as 100mg per ML and some come as 200mg per ML. What you need to do is look at the bottle to see what your bottle says. If it says 200mg per ML then you need only 1 ML.
