There are many reasons Peeta Mellark is Courageous in The Hunger Games.

1). He sacrificed his safety and life for Katniss. (Ex. When he agreed to hunt for her with the Careers, he knew where she was because they had the same stratagies, therefore he led them away from her.)

2). He was determined to stay himself (Remain Sane) no matter what the consequences. (Ex. He told Katniss on the roof of the Training Center that he wanted to 'Die as Himself')

3). He would rather die than kill Katniss. (Ex. He agreed to eat the berries at the end, and almost did.)

The Hunger Games is a trilogy of books. I am presuming you are asking if there will be a second movie? The answer is yes, it is called Catching Fire and will be out in November :)

Katniss is actually an aquatic plant that is also called Saggitaria. The seeds in the center of the flower of the plant are shaped like arrowheads. The plant gets its name from the Zodiac constellation Sagitarrius - or, "The Archer."

The Hunger Games: games where tributes fight to the death and only one is triumphant. This is the cruel punishment that the capitol created to the districts for rebelling against it. They consider this entertainment.

Catching Fire: Katniss has sparked a rebellion in the districts towards the capitol and it is qickly catching fire in many districts. this is also associated with hernickname "the girl who was on fire".

Mockingjay: Katniss is acting as the mockingjay(mix of a bluejay and mockingbird) for the rebels by transporting messages and making decisions. The mockingjay symbolizesthe bird that seems to fly everywhere and has special meaning to Katniss, once Rue shows her the mockingjay call and she recieves a mockingjay pin from Madge.

If you look closely at the pictures on the cover of the books, they also symbolize the mockingjay. In the first book, it is just a meaningful pin, in the second it sparks a rebellion and catches fire, and in the third it becomes a full-fledged fire birb. In the simplest sense, Katniss was always considered the Mockingjay.

The Capitol force the children to become murderers. The Capitol throw 24 teenager into an arena and force them to fight to the death. Last one standing lives.

Right now probably not. A lot of people have used her in the fan-made videos on youtube, but if she was in the actual movie it be on magazines and such. There is a possibility though because no one has been cast to play Reneesme in Breaking Dawn part 2 (yet).

Katniss Everdeen ends up with Peeta Mellark. It states what in the last book Mockiingjay in the epilogue and last paragraph before the epilogue. They end up marrying and having two children. you should read it.

They respond by throwing flowers at the and chanting there names real loud. They are special because they are on 'Synthetic Fire' this makes the crowd go wild. (Lol i got this exact same question for my reading comp.) Also, Peeta an Kat are presented as a team, they show tgis by holding hands, when everyone else isn't. (Then add a personal connection or conect to another book or something)

To find out who her husband is you need to finish reading mockingjay. But in truth her husband is going to be a person who went in the hunger games with her 2times and has a name that starts with a P and ends with an A. Yes her husband will be Peeta !!!!

Rue and Thresh both live in District 11 the District of crops.

The mutations were the deceased members of the 24 people that died mutated into creatures. Im guessing that when they die when the hovercrafts tick them up the take them to a lab and turn them into mutations.

above is wrong they put the people in the box then send them to their district. mmutations were animals they mixed to make new ones. all i know of are trackerjackers and mockingjays.

They are trained to make the arena for the Hunger Games and design threats, disasters, and ways to make the districts and capitol want to watch it even more. The head gamemaker tells what the others should make into the arena.

in the epilogue, peeta and katniss get married. After 15 years, peeta convinces katniss to have children. they have a boy and a girl. In the epoligue they are in the meadow back at district 12. katniss is thinking about how they are playing on a graveyard filled with her old friends. katniss is also thinking about how their daughter knows they were in the games but the son doesnt. she thinks about using the book she made of everyone dead to show her children more about the games.

SPOILER: Here is the last paragraph of the book Mockingjay: "I'll tell them how i survive it. I'll tell them that on bad mornings, it feels impossible to take pleasure in anything because I'm afraid it could be taken away. That's when I make a list in my head of every act of goodness I've seen someone do. It's like a game. Repetitive. Even a little tedious after more than twenty years. But there are much worse games to play."

The Rising action in the story "The Tale OfDespereaux" is that Despereaux is not suppost to talk to humans or else he would get in trouble. Another problem (rising action) is that Despereaux acts different than the rest of his mouse family.

The "death recaps" were short, to-the-point videos, depicting the death of each tribute. Death recaps were mostly shown at the end of every day (at home only, of course) and after the Games, to show the victors the deaths of their competitors.

Gale and Katniss grew up in the Seam, in poverty, giving them a much different perspective than Peeta. Gale and Katniss have to fight for everything they need and Peeta has always had what he needed right in front of him.

Katniss and Gale are responsible for putting food on the table and taking care of their families, takng on very adult roles in their households, whereas Peeta's household has a mother, father, and a steady income.

They do it to drive all of the thirsty tributes together at the lake.

I would ask if she would have rather had Gale in the Hunger Games Arena with her if she knew there could be two winners.

The Hunger Games takes place in the future. After all the huge tsunamis, floods, Earthquakes etc....... Panem is North America which is controlled by the Capitol. There are 12 districts sort of like states.

Cato's personality is very sadistic. He seems to enjoy the Games and it can be assumed that he Volunteered for them. He uses a sword to fight and is very brutal. In the books, towards the end he seems to start to show feelings for clove, either for actual feelings or for the capitol. However, in the movie it seemed like him and Glimmer were getting close before she died. So besides those two, he usually has a very sadistic attitude. But towards the end, he shows that he is just like everyone else. Wanting to live and scared.

It's most likely that Katniss named her baby girl; Rue. Because she talks about her through the entire series. And most likely the boy Gale.

In my opinion, I don't think they would name the boy Gale, since of what happened with Prim and all that sad stuff. It just doesn't sound like somehting Katniss would wants, especially since she seems so upset about the whole thing. But it's possible.
