I live in TN and work at a *national chain* grocery store, i had a lady come in and mumbled "EBT" something, since i couldn't understand her and saw the front of the card didnt look like the EBT cards here in TN, i just hit the credit/debit button on the register. it didnt work, so then we muttered through our language barriers till i understood she was from out of state, i then ran her card as an EBT card and it worked fine!
so.... in conclusion, it might work. just try it LOL

§ In Ohio and Wyoming you will only be able to use your card at some national grocery chains.
§ You cannot use your card in Puerto Rico.

Right Now , There is not any monetary value and places like ebay still ban the sale even though the USDA has approved paper coupons as not a currency. If you have coupons loose or in booklets they are worth what someone is willing to pay.
