Oh, dude, Theo theoDorakis goes through some serious character development in the book. Like, at the beginning, he's all clueless and naive, but as the story goes on, he starts to grow a backbone and actually stands up for himself. It's like watching a caterpillar turn into a butterfly, but with less wings and more attitude.

Turtle Wexler is the 13 year old daughter of Grace and Jake Wexler. Jake is a podiatrist and Grace claims to be an interior designer who isn't the most caring especially to Turtle. She has an elder sister named Angela who is engaged to a intern surgeon named Dr. Denton Deere (Turtle's least favorite heir) and is the "perfect" and favorable child who later turns out to be a bomber. Turtle's real name is Tabitha- Ruth, but she tells Mrs. Baumbach (Baba) to call her Alice. She is called Turtle because when she was younger, she would stick her little head out of a blanket and according to her family, she looked like a turtle. Turtle has golden hair which she always wears in a braid. (if people touch it or do something she didn't like, she kicks them in the shin.... hard) But, towards the end of the book, Turtle bombs a Sunset Towers elevator to protect Angela and gets her braid singed badly. After that Baba takes her to the Beauty Shop after she goes to the dentist and she gets a hairstyle that is shorter in the back and longer in the front. Even though kicking people sounds insecure, Turtle is actually VERY smart. She is into the stock market and her mother is not very nice to her in the beginning, but later in life comes to love her. In the majority of the book, Turtle had a crush on Doug Hoo, a resident of her apartment building, Sunset Towers. She marries Theo Theodorakis in the end of the book and decides not to have children in case that they inherit Theo's brother's speech and body spasms disorder. Her sister has a daughter named Alice. Turtle is the only one of the Westing heirs to solve the mystery and become friends with the paper company owner, mentor, and mastermind, Samuel W. Westing.

Turtle took the broken shorthand typewriter upstairs to protect herself in the Westing Game. She believed that it could be used as a weapon if necessary.

Turtle advised Flora to sell their stock in Westing Paper Products because the clues in the Westing Game implied that the stock was going to lose value. Turtle used her strategic thinking and deduction skills to make this decision, ultimately leading to a financial gain for her and Flora.

Sam Westing was known by many people before his accident, including his ex-wife Berthe Erica Crow, his four heirs who were previously his tenants, and his friend and lawyer Sandy McSouthers. Many other characters in the story also had some prior knowledge or connection to Sam Westing.

The THEME is 1.family, 2.people interpret imformation they are given differently, 3.and people often use "masks" to hide their true selves, and they can change the way they perceive themselves.

Grace was sure that Mr. Hoo wasn't the murderer in "The Westing Game" because she knew him well enough to trust his character and felt that his behaviors and actions did not align with those of a murderer. Additionally, Grace believed that Mr. Hoo did not have a motive to commit the crime based on her understanding of his background and personality.

The bomber was Angela Wexler, the mistake was Crow, and the burglar was Sandy McSouthers, who was also revealed to be Sam Westing.

It is revealed that Crow was telling the truth in the Westing Game. She had been a dedicated servant to the Westing family and remained loyal to their memory, despite her aloof and secretive nature. Crow's honesty and integrity are ultimately confirmed, showing that appearances can be deceiving.

In "The Westing Game," a complex web of cause and effect relationships drives the plot forward. For example, the cause of Sam Westing's death leads to the effect of heirs being gathered to solve his mystery. Another cause is the clues left behind by Westing, which lead to the effect of the heirs uncovering secrets about each other and themselves. Additionally, the cause of the heirs working together to solve the mystery results in the effect of them forming unexpected alliances and friendships.

In "The Westing Game," the alibi is a key clue that helps the characters discover the identity of the mysterious Samuel W. Westing. The alibi involves a timed event that proves where certain characters were at a particular time, leading to important revelations about the game and its players.

"Fashionably late" refers to arriving slightly late to an event in order to make a stylish entrance. A "social climber" is someone who aims to improve their social status by associating with those perceived to be of higher status. In "The Westing Game," the characters who embody these traits include Turtle Wexler, who is confident and arrives late to events, and Sydelle Pulaski, who is eager to be accepted by the wealthy residents of Sunset Towers.

Flora baumbach develops into a truly loving person. She loves turle( tabitha ruth) and she is mother-like to her. Flora lost her daughter previously. She is turtle's partner. Turtle calls flora "babA" and flora calls turtla "Alice"

Grace believed she was the only heir because her inheritance was clearly outlined in her father's will. She treated Judge Ford with condescension and arrogance due to her belief that the inheritance was rightfully hers, leading her to dismiss and disrespect the judge.

Sydelle had the only copy of the will, and all the heirs wanted to see it.

Sydelle is the main character in the book The Westing Game. Sydelle happened to get in the way of the bomb by dining at Shin Hoo's Restaurant. She was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Sam Westing gave each heir a title as a character in his elaborate game to determine who would inherit his fortune.

Grace Wexler arrived on time for Judge Ford's party because she values her social status and reputation within the community, and being punctual is seen as an important social norm. Grace likely wanted to make a good impression on Judge Ford and the other guests by showing her respect for their event.

Chris likely didn't tell his brother Theo about the limper because he didn't want to worry him unnecessarily or cause unnecessary distress. He might have also thought he could handle the situation himself without involving Theo.
