Well it depends on your style. Both are very good brands. Both are somewhat low prices. But a difference is their style and features. I usually buy both. The better brand probably depends on you.

In summary, the Timex brand has a more storied history of quality watch production, but in modern times Fossil and Timex are of more-or-less comparable quality.
