well from my very own experience i have never figured out how to make them have babies EVERY time but i figured out how to make them have babies often as possible my computer is a acer small computer and has a web cam so any way this may sound crazy but i always give them there privacy and i look away but i don't go anywhere that seemed to work about 95.7% of the time so try this good luck and i really hoped this answered you and helped you (always wait until there finished to look). :)

its not about how many times but luck. sometime they try and make a baby other times not. after you have had a child you have to wait untill the child is about6 befor you can try again. as your people get older they are lesss likley to try for a baby but just embrace. i hope this helped

It takes 4 hours for the baby to grow into a 2 year old. I don't know how long it takes for them to become 18 yrs tho. All I know is that when they're 18 they go off to college.
