Is the distributor rotor of Volvo 164 compatible with Volvo 144?
The 164 used a completely different distributor from the 144, as the 144 is a 4-cylinder and the 164 is an inline six. Even within the 140 there were a couple of different distributors used; I would use the part number to order the correct stuff. Best people to call on this kind of thing is RPR, 510-524-7200.
