The above answer is great for contract info, but not contact. The reasons are many. One is that the store is not staffed to deal with numerous phone calls. Company policy is not to give prices over the phone, which is a large majority of the calls that would come. There is also talk that there are fees for listing phone numbers. However, contact information is not hidden. The phone numbers are usually on the receipt you get, and WinCo does have facebook and twitter that can be used for communication. There are also customer comment cards available at the checkstands that you can take to send to company headquarters.
