Depending on the location of the jam, it could be easy or difficult to fix. No matter what, you should take the magazine out, and shoot it in a safe direction, to make sure that you don't accidentally shoot yourself. If the jam is in the barrel(often caused by defects in the bb's, or re-use of bb's), then you may be able to fix it by taking a thin rod of some sort, and pushing the bb's out that way. If you can't figure out what the problem is, you may have to take it apart, or call the manufacturer. I don't suggest taking it apart unless you are sure that you will be able to put it back together again.
