Yes they can, i have made one, What you do is buy a small motor and some grips to attach to the cock. You hook the gears up to the motor, then the batterie and electric wire. Tape the wire to some plastic and attatch to trigger so when pulled it touches the end of the batterie. Then you hook up to cock and secure very tight so it won't budge. When you pull the trigger it wil connect to the batterie that will turn the moter that will pull the cock back and cock it then it will slip. It will do this repeatedly and your gun will keep shooting when cocked as long as you are holding the trigger all the way.

No. Buy a CO2, green gas, or AEG and those have capability of being full automatic. Spring ones cannot because they can only fire after you pull the spring back (cocking it) to build up potential energy. That energy is released when you pull the trigger and shoot the pellet. Once shot, there is no potential energy left.
