Airsoft guns can either for shooting targets or people, but shooting targets gets boring very quickly, especially if you have a fully automatic airsoft rifle. If you want to have the most fun with your gun, grab a few friends and have a fight, but make sure to wear goggles or something

Sure, but make sure you always wear proper fully sealed goggles. Your eyesight is the one thing you need to protect with airsoft. Also, it is safer to protect your ears as well, because I know of someone that has ringing in their ears after getting shot just behind the ear with an airsoft gun.

Depends if the person lets you and make sure the gun doesn't break skin. I would shoot anyone with anything over 450 fps.
