Going Down Fast was created in 1969.
A fast break in Basketball is the ability of a player or team, once they have the rebound or a steal, to move swiftly down the court and score. This is generally done when, lets say Johkim Noah, gets a rebound and sees Derrick Rose open down court and no one is in front of him, he passes Rose the ball and Rose scores, that is an example of a fast break. A slow break, on the otherhand, is the exact oposite. It is a player or team, taking their time to get the ball down court and score.
flexibility is important because when you fall or run supersupersuper fast to get that guy running down the court, you won't pull a muscle. done it before. not fun.
In Colorado it is 3 points and a possible court date if there was an accident. However if you are lucky you can always pledge bargain it down.
very fast
A half court game would refer to a slower game, one that is played mostly with set offense against set defense. A full court game refers to a game in which at least one team speeds up the tempo (e.g. fast breaking, pressing). So the difference has to do with tempo: half-court is a slowed down game and a full court game would have a quicker pace
