I am not aware of many incidents resulting in death. The most danger one has in most airsoft arenas is breaking something. When running and jump and hiding it is known for some people to trip and break a limb. A few people have been hit in the teeth with a bb. being hit in the eyes, though not common, can happen. Death may only result if someone is trips and hits their head on concrete or something of that manor. Everyone under the age of 18 MUST wear full seal eyegoggles to protect their eyes. this means that no bb's can enter the goggles.
